Cats are less predictable about bedding than dogs. An enclosed shape either works for a particular cat or it is ignored entirely, and the only reliable signal is what your cat already does — whether they seek out boxes, whether they sleep high, whether they lie flat or curl.
Each product page says plainly which cat it suits and which it does not. None of these are orthopaedic beds and we do not describe them that way.

They seek out boxes and bags
An enclosed shape will land. The Tunnel is a double-layer felt shell that holds its opening rather than sagging shut, and it comes apart to wash.

Questions about cat beds
If yours is not here, ask us. We would rather talk you out of the wrong bed than sell it to you.
Are any of these orthopaedic?
No, and we do not describe them that way anywhere. Orthopaedic here means a supportive foam base. A felt tunnel, an acrylic capsule, a mesh hammock and a round padded bed are built for enclosure, height, airflow and warmth — none is a joint-support product.
How do I size a cat bed?
By your cat curled rather than stretched, since these are curling spaces. The Pillow at 52cm suits an average adult cat; a large breed like a Maine Coon will want more room than it or the 30cm Capsule offers.
What if my cat ignores it?
It happens, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Buy to your cat's existing habits — a cat that sleeps in the open on the back of the sofa is unlikely to take to an enclosed shell. If it is unused and in its packaging you have 30 days.
Does the Capsule need drilling?
Into a wall, yes, and the fixing has to suit your wall type and hold your cat's weight plus the force of them landing in it. Plasterboard needs proper anchors. If you rent or you are unsure, use it on a sturdy shelf — it works the same way lower down.
