Before you order

If you are unsure about sizing, email us with your dog's measurement — nose to the base of the tail, lying stretched on their side — and we will tell you which size to take, or tell you that none of ours suit. Read how to size a dog bed first; it will probably answer the question faster than we can.

If you need the internal sleeping area or a dimension we have not published yet for a particular bed, ask. We will measure it rather than estimate it.

After you order

Email us with your order number. Delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Those rights apply regardless of anything else written on this site.
